Daily Notes Ep. 2

Ps 2:3 “Let us break their bands asunder and cast away their cords from us.” Bands and cords = Biblical laws that keep sinners from filling their lusts. Christians are supposed to lead and judge. Sinners are supposed to fall under Christian law, we are not supposed to conform to theirs.

Ps 3:5 “I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the LORD sustained me.” Every breath, even waking up in the morning is a gift of God, don’t take anything for granted.

Ps 14:4 “Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge?” It is actually stupid/dumb to disobey/ignore the commands of the LORD.

Ps 31:15 “My times are in thy hand.” When the LORD calls you home, you will go. Nothing the enemy does can rush that time.

Ps 31:19 “…trust in thee before the son’s of men.” Christianity is not a private affair, it is a public proclamation.

Ps 31:22 “I said in my haste, I am cut off from before thine eyes; nevertheless thou heardest the voice of my supplications when I cried unto you.” Faith is often tested. Wait on the LORD. His timing is perfect timing.

Prov 1:10 “If sinners entice thee, consent thou not.” You have a choice, the final say before you act. No one can make you sin. It is you decision.

Prov 1:20-21 “Wisdom crieth without…in the streets…the chief place of concourse…the openings of the gates…the city.” Wisdom is not hiding.

Prov 1:31 “…eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices.” Most of the pain and sorrow we go through is a result if of our own sin.

Prov 3:16 “riches and honor.” Riches without honor is nothing.

Prov 31:8 “Open thy mouth for the dumb.” Speak for those who cannot speak, speak out, use your resources, defend those who cannot defend themselves.

Prov 31:31 “And let her own works praise her in the gates.” Your works, good or bad, is what people will judge you by.

Acts 10:15 “What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.” You are uncommon.

Till next time!
